Washington – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has described the judicial reform, which his right-wing religious government is pushing ahead with and which has been accompanied by massive protests, as a “small correction”. Netanyahu told ABC on Thursday that he initiated the reform to “balance the pendulum” between elected officials and Supreme Court judges. “We have to fix it and we’ve just done that. It’s a small fix,” he said, later repeating the statement in another interview with CNN.
