New asphalt plan launched at Maracay Central Terminal

Authorities reported that a new paving plan has been started at the Maracay Central Terminal, which this time will be extended to the adjacent streets of the community of Santa Ana.

Eilyn Suárez, president of the Girardot Municipal Institute of Public Transport (Imtragir), He reported that during this first stage of actions, they placed approximately 100 tons of asphalt material in areas previously diagnosed by the technical teams. “We have carried out general painting, painting of curbs and now the laying of asphalt, providing drivers with a better service provision.”

Suárez stressed that thanks to the support of prevention agencies, the land port “has complete security” for the protection of users, merchants and transporters.

He added that they have been working in an integrated manner with the various transport organizations “for the joint benefit” of those who work at the land port and to guarantee a better service to the users who travel daily through this transport center.
