How often have we not heard this sentence: It is part of the ongoing financial equalization negotiations. Health Minister Johannes Rauch and Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer apparently wanted to add something to this and announced a few days ago that the first steps towards a “health reform” would be taken before the summer. As the first concrete measures, they announced that by the end of the year a hundred new health insurance offices would be created and that the new primary care law would be complete.
