The law says that the following will not be allowed to pass the exam and obtain a driver’s license:
persons who have been deprived of the right to drive a vehicle; brought to administrative responsibility for driving in a state of intoxication; who have not passed a medical examination for intoxication in accordance with the requirements; deprived of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles.
At present, we remind you that you can retake the exam for rights before the expiration date and get them. Since 2020, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been against this, but this has not been regulated by law.
This law comes into force on April 1, 2024.
