HMD Global, the manufacturer of popular Nokia mobile phones, has announced plans to launch a new product line for its own brand.
The Finnish company said in a promotional video released last week that it will add “modern features” to “some classic elements” while introducing an update to its design, to offer customers what it described as “new smartphones” under the HMD brand.
The source did not mention anything regarding Nokia, which reveals that the famous brand will disappear from the smartphone market once more.
It should be noted that Nokia mobile phones, produced by the Finnish multinational telecommunications company, were the best-selling in the world until 2011, but following that they began to lose their market share to smartphones. (Russia Today)
