Roskomnadzor will monitor compliance with the law. Penalties are provided for the use of foreign messaging programs in work processes related to the circulation of personal data and financial information. For personal purposes, civil servants or bank employees can use any application.
The amount of fines for individuals will vary from 30 to 50 thousand rubles. Legal entities will have to contribute from 100 to 700 thousand rubles to the state treasury.
