A few weeks ago, the Bô Rivage brewery located on the shores of Lake Neufchâteau changed managers. It was Adrien Robaye and his wife who managed the establishment, owned by the City of Neufchâteau. The couple, through a company, had signed a commercial lease with the City for a period of 9 years. The couple seeks to sell the shares of this company, and therefore to separate from the management of the brewery. And this for private reasons.
In the meantime, the couple has entrusted the management of the establishment to Angelo Civile.
The man says he has considerable experience in the world of catering: “After studying catering in the Netherlands, I worked for more than twenty years in France, he underlines. I have managed several establishments in the hotel and catering sector in the departments of Var, Gers and near Arcachon. My wife is from Belgium and we decided to return to the country. I tried to take over an establishment and I notably had contacts to take over La Vendetta and a restaurant in Grandvoir. Finally, it was the Bô Rivage brasserie that I liked. It’s in a beautiful setting.” The recovery is taking place little by little and everything is not yet ready, the manager is also looking for kitchen staff. The establishment will now be open 7 days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The Summer Lake Festival is not threatened
For the Commune of Neufchâteau, owner of the establishment, this reorganization does not change much, according to the mayor François Huberty. “Adrien Robaye’s company has appointed a new manager. He’s only been there for a few weeks, so we have to give him time to get his bearings. Arriving at the height of the summer season in a new establishment is not easy”.
The holding of the Summer Lake Festival, organized remember by Adrien Robaye and his team, is it compromised? “No, not at all,” replied the mayor. The festival is set up by Adrien and several people, and this organization is completely independent although the site of the brewery is used”.
Fatal Bazooka at Summer Lake on Saturday
After announcing the arrivals of Mister Cover, DJ Daddy K, Cali, DJ ART or even Klingande, the first headliner of the Summer Lake Festival is known for Saturday. It should be Michaël Youn and his famous Fatal Bazooka. An announcement to be taken conditionally since Adrien Robaye has yet to sign the agreement in the coming hours. Friday’s headliner will be announced soon.
