Over the past year, 30 children have been the subject of a report having been detained for sexual exploitation in the Outaouais. And “this is only the tip of the iceberg”, since several cases pass under the radar. Being a region “conducive” to such exploitation of minors, the Outaouais has just obtained funding to coordinate its efforts to fight once morest this scourge.
