The NetherRealm studio presented a new trailer for the fighting game Mortal Kombat 1 at the Dream Con festival.
Here’s what we know
The trailer is dedicated to Geras, the immortal guardian of the hourglass.
Judging by the images presented, this character faces Liu Kang (Liu Kang), the god of fire and the lord of the updated Mortal Kombat universe.
The video shows not only the conflict between the characters, but also their combat abilities: Heras connects them with sand, and Liu-Kang creates rifts in space, where, as in a black hole, his opponent is sucked in.
When can we expect it?
Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19 on MS, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch.
A beta test will take place in August, and only a select group of players will be able to participate.
