New Orleans Pelicans inflict 4th straight loss on LA Clippers

Fourth straight loss for the Los Angeles Clippers. Still orphaned by its superstar Kawhi Leonard (knee), the Californian franchise largely lost this Sunday evening against the New Orleans Pelicans of Zion Williamson (112-91). The power forward had 21 points and 12 rebounds while CJ McCollum finished the game with 22 points.

On the Clippers side, Paul George, author of 14 points, only returned 5 of his 19 shots (2/8 from three points) while the Frenchman Nicolas Batum had to settle for 3 small points in 15’46 ‘ ‘ game. In the Western Conference standings, the Pelicans are fourth, the Clippers twelfth.
