The long search for a tenant for the traditional Gasthaus Hofwirt in Seekirchen has now come to an end.
Petar Barukcic (55) is the name of the new tenant for the Hofwirt in Seekirchen, which has been closed since June. Barukcic, who prevailed among around ten applicants, runs the Entenwirt in Seeham with his family and will open the Hofwirt on October 1st. “The Hofwirt should become a cozy meeting place with down-to-earth cuisine,” says Barukcic. A rest day is planned for Wednesday.
For Mayor Konrad Pieringer it was crucial that the Hofwirt be run as a family business and established inn following the bankruptcy of the previous lessee. You can read more regarding this on Thursday in the “Flachgauer Nachrichten”.
