If the aesthetic alterations made to the Tesla Model S and Model X Plaid are minor, the interior has however evolved much more. In addition to a new central screen now floating with much more generous dimensions than before, it is especially the small “Yoke” steering wheel that is surprising. This futuristic half-flying seems straight out of the world of video games.
But above all, the latest version of the American models has three engines electric which send a combined power of… 1,020 horsepower! Performance is dizzying: 2.1 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h with the Model S0.5 s longer with the Model Xand top speeds of 322 and 262 km/h respectively!
The Tesla Model S Plaid and Tesla Model X Plaid are available now at prices of €138,990 and €141,990. The first deliveries are expected by the end of the year.
