What a game from the New York Rangers! Gerard Gallant’s team didn’t give the Nashville Predators a chance on Monday night and ended up winning more than clearly 7-0.
At home in Madison Square Garden, the Rangers set the tone from the start. Chytil, Zibanejad and Motte give the hosts a 3-0 lead in the first third.
Three goals were also scored in the middle section of the game. Two times Miller and Panarin in the power play increase the score to 6:0. In the final third, Kreider scored the seventh goal.
Man of the evening is K’Andre Miller, who shines with two goals and two assists.
Things are not going well for the Predators at the moment, they lose the third game in a row and thus further ground in the play-off race. The wild card is currently five points short.
Rangers, on the other hand, have won their fourth game in a row and are in the running for the playoffs.
