The Ministry of Health reviewed 5 habits that can lead a person to feel happy, if he is keen to do them.
The ministry explained that these habits consist of a person’s focus on goals, needs and desires, and regular exercise, in addition to carrying out tasks on time without delay.
She pointed out the importance of reading books on various topics to expand horizons and experiences, effective communication with others and avoiding depressing isolation, in addition to the courage to make a decision without hesitation and get out of the circle of fear.
