A victim of an accident in which a citizen reversed his way to King Abdullah Road in Riyadh revealed that the owner of the car was behaving unnaturally and the traffic was trying to stop him by trying to escape by reversing it.
The victim, Faisal Al-Zaidan, explained toNews 24“, that while he was traveling on the Olaya highway towards the east, he saw the owner of the vehicle traveling in the same direction as they were traveling and the traffic was chasing after him.
Al-Zaidan said that after 3 minutes, he was surprised by the owner of the car, returning in the same direction, reversing the movement at full speed, trying to escape from the traffic.
For his part, a (witness to the accident) named Ahmed Pasha said that he was before the sunset prayer in the walkway until he saw the road began to get crowded and closed, and the largest gathering was at the intersection of King Abdullah Road with Prince Nasser.
He pointed out that there were more than six cars to the east waiting to pass, including a car for a specialized hospital.
And he indicated that he saw in the crowd the car that caused this accident, with its windows broken, as he thought it was a normal accident, but when he saw a video clip of it, he knew the reason.
