News 24 | Commerce spokesman: The ministry defamed a female citizen and resident who committed a violation of mixing 95 and 91 gasoline and selling it fraudulently

This evening (Saturday) the Ministry of Commerce publishes a notice of a citizen and resident who committed a violation of mixing gasoline.

The ministry’s spokesman, Abdul Rahman Al-Hussein, stated that the owner of a gas station and a Bangladeshi resident committed a violation of mixing 95 and 91 gasoline, then selling the adulterated fuel.

He pointed out that the ruling issued by the Criminal Court in Makkah Al-Mukarramah provided for defamation and the signing of a fine.

In response to a question regarding the condition of the damaged cars, Al-Hussein confirmed that the ministry obliges the owners of the violating stations to repair the damaged vehicles, noting that the consumer has the right to claim compensation for the damages incurred by him before the courts.
