The Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council has provided important tips for effective communication with the elderly, including ensuring their respect.
The council explained that the advice includes welcoming the elderly when they come, maintaining eye contact while talking to them, and sitting face to face when communicating with them.
He pointed out that care must be taken to respect the elderly during communication with them, listen to them and understand well what they say and give them attention.
