The Ministry of Health has provided a number of tips for those wishing to exercise while fasting during the month of Ramadan.
The ministry indicated that it is preferable to delay the practice of walking so that it is completed before the Maghrib call to prayer, calling for caution on the road while walking to avoid falls, and to choose the appropriate place to avoid severe fatigue and dehydration.
She advised to avoid walking unaccompanied when suffering from chronic diseases, in addition to stopping walking when feeling dizzy and exhausted, or having difficulty breathing.
