King Abdulaziz House published the story of the beginning of King Faisal Specialist Hospital.
And a picture was published of the process of establishing the hospital, which took place 50 years ago, after the late King Faisal bin Abdulaziz ordered its construction in 1970, with the aim of avoiding the hardship of treatment abroad for patients and the high cost of that.
She confirmed that King Faisal donated the land of the hospital, and it was established after 5 years, with a bed capacity of 17 beds, and was called by the public at first “the automatic hospital”, due to its high technology.
