The Public Health Authority “Weqaya” explained that breakfast is a way to recharge the child’s body and provide it with activity for the school day.
The authority indicated that the child’s breakfast should consist of milk, vegetables, fruits, protein and cereals.
She indicated that for the safety of the child’s food, diversity and balance must be combined to help the child enjoy a healthy diet, keep foods at an appropriate temperature, and finally make sure to choose the fruits that are available in season.
