Today (Saturday), the former Minister of Hajj, Dr. Mahmoud Safar, passed away, as his brother, Dr. Hassan Safar, mourned him.
The late was born in Makkah Al-Mukarramah in 1940 AD, and studied engineering until he became Dean of Student Affairs at King Saud University in addition to his academic work, a member of the Supreme Council of the University, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council for the Kingdom.
The deceased is the author of several books, including: Development is an Issue, Civilization is a Challenge, A Loop in the Dead End, A Study in Civilization Building, A Hole in the Wall of Underdevelopment, The Gulf Crisis, and Thoughts and Reflections on People and Life.
