Kuwaiti preacher Ahmed Al-Qattan passed away today (Monday), at the age of 76, after a struggle with illness.
The head of the Kuwait Social Reform Society, Khaled Al-Mazkour, had announced earlier that Sheikh “Al-Qattan” was admitted to intensive care in Jaber Hospital due to a health problem.
Many Kuwaiti citizens mourned the late preacher, asking God Almighty for mercy and forgiveness and to inspire his family patience and solace.
It is noteworthy that Sheikh Ahmed Al-Qattan is considered one of the most prominent and famous preachers of the pulpits in Kuwait, and was called the preacher of the pulpit for defending Al-Aqsa Mosque.
