The Red Sea International Film Festival announced the opening of registration for the “Lodge” program for the fourth session of 2023, as this time it will be under the umbrella of the Red Sea Laboratories, which is a platform for filmmakers, writers and film industry professionals.
The lodge focuses on attracting feature film directors with emerging experiences, while applications submitted by well-established voices and trends characterized by more daring methods in the world of the film industry will also be considered and researched.
The program includes an intensive 10-month course in partnership with the Torino Film Lab and sponsored by Al-Ula Film, while the selected projects will receive multiple benefits, provided that the winners will be announced during the activities of the Red Sea Market in the third session of the Red Sea International Film Festival; With prizes worth $200,000.
The “Lodge” called on Arab and Saudi filmmakers and producers, residents of the Kingdom and Africans, to apply to produce cinematic masterpieces, before the deadline for submission on January 21, 2023 AD.
