King Saud Medical City has clarified the symptoms of post-Hajj disorder that may affect pilgrims, after they finish performing the Hajj and return to their homes.
The city said that the symptoms include a feeling of disruption in the sleep cycle, headache and tension, stress, fatigue and apathy, muscle aches, and a cold, adding that these symptoms disappear quickly with time, recommending that you see a doctor if they intensify.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Health had previously recommended By following 4 tips to overcome the symptoms of post-pilgrimage disordersuch as good sleep, avoidance of stress and a complete and balanced diet.
