New York Islanders
The NHL future of veterans Zdeno Chara et Andy Greene seems compromised. Indeed, the general manager of the New York Islanders, Lou Lamoriello, indicated that he did not intend, at least for the moment, to offer a new contract to the two men. The 45-year-old Chara had 14 points in 72 games last year for Long Island. For his part, Greene participated in 69 games obtaining 10 points. With the recent signings of Noah Dobson, Alexander Romanov et Kieffer Bellowsthe Islanders are down to just $3.48 million.
