Next Generation – “Don’t be afraid of classical music!”

For the chairman of the Next Generation of the Friends of the Salzburg Festival, Christian Renner, one thing is clear: “We are trying to introduce the next generation to the festival with an attractive supporting program, such as relaxed receptions or meals together. After all, if everything else is fun, then you’ll be happy to go to the opera followingwards,” says Renner. He had taken over the chairmanship from Carl Phillip Spängler, who had originally founded the association of sponsors.
