Platz 32: Houston Texans

For the Houston Texans, many games this year would go better if the team just stayed in the locker room. With a record of 2-12-1, the franchise can look forward to its first draft pick of 2023

Platz 25: Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders just can't play at a consistently high level. But at least wide receiver Davante Adams (right) is having an incredible season

As good as Davante Adams (r.) is, the Las Vegas Raiders are nothing more than an underperforming team in the AFC

24th place: LA Rams

Platz 23: New Orleans Saints

Losing to Tampa Bay in Week 13 pushed the New Orleans Saints to last place in the NFC South

Platz 20: Tennessee Titans

Curious: the Tennessee Titans fired their general manager Jon Robinson in the middle of the season. In the race for the playoffs, the team around star running back Derrick Henry is still at the forefront

Even star running back Derrick Henry can’t carry the Titans alone at the moment. After the bankruptcy against the bad Houston Texans (14:19), the team is no longer in the game current playoff picture

Platz 19: Pittsburgh Steelers

16th place: New York Jets

Although the team has now suffered three straight losses, the Jets defense is fantastic. The two top offenses from Buffalo and Detroit have kept the Jets at just 20 points each

Platz 12: Detroit Lions

It sounds crazy but the Detroit Lions have a real top offense. If their own defense wasn't so terribly bad, this season could really work

Platz 10: Miami Dolphins

Even though the Dolphins lost to the Chargers, one thing is clear: With players like Tyreek Hill, Miami has one of the best offenses in the entire NFL

Miami just doesn’t get the horsepower on the road at the moment. If this continues, the team could even miss the playoffs

9th place: LA Chargers

The second team from LA is currently playing well below its potential. If a few more injured stars return, the Chargers will soon be more than just a playoff contender

Platz 5: Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals are on a roll! With a five-win streak behind them, Cincinnati is marching toward the playoffs. Not even Derrick Henry, Pat Mahomes or Nick Chubb can embarrass the Bengals right now

Unbeatable! These are the current Cincinnati Bengals. With seven wins in a row, the team now has a place in the playoffs

Platz 1: Kansas City Chiefs

With Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs have perhaps the best offense in the NFL. No matter how tough and difficult the games get, Kansas City can always win with Mahomes as quarterback

The Kansas City Chiefs remain second in the battle for the AFC’s number one seed. However, no team is currently playing as dominantly as the Chiefs. Making the playoffs this year wouldn’t be too much of a surprise
