In week 12 there is animal alarm in Cleveland, Tom Brady concedes his fourth loss in his last six games and the Dolphins once again underline why they are considered the secret favorite for the Super Bowl!

The Bucs are dominant over long stretches, but cannot close the sack. That pays off! And Brady’s level of frustration is increasing! The megastar is increasingly seen in close-ups, staring into space at the Buccaneers’ performance.

Philadelphia Eagles – Green Bay Packer 40:33
Two-thirds into the NFL main round, the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs have cemented their roles as Super Bowl contenders. The Eagles defeated the struggling Green Bay Packers 40:33 on Sunday (local time). The Eagles are the only team in the league to have ten wins in eleven games, while Kansas City already has two losses.
Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was unable to finish the game for the Packers, Jordan Love played for him and in the meantime caused tension again with a quick touchdown pass.
However, the Eagles team, led by Jalen Hurts, defended their lead. “We overcame a few difficulties today,” Hurts said, celebrating the win against Rodgers, whom he described as a great role model from his childhood.
Jacksonville Jaguars — Baltimore Ravens 28:27
Mega storm over Jacksonville! Shortly before the game even the stands have to be cleared to protect the fans. As the rain and thunderstorms move on, the supporters are allowed back into the stadium. The game starts late.
Incredible final phase: The Ravens are 2:02 minutes from the end with a 27:20 lead after a touchdown by Josh Oliver and a successful two-point conversion by Mark Andrews. The decision? No! The Jaguars get 26:27 with 18 seconds to go through a touchdown by Marvin Jones. Great pass from Trevor Lawrence!
Huge discussion! The thing is being examined by the video referee because it’s unclear whether Jones ended up in the field or not. But counts!
A kick to the tie? All or nothing with two-point conversion? Jaguars risk everything — score two points through Zay Jones. 14 seconds left to play.
The Ravens still have a chance! Justin Tucker shoots from 67 yards – but the egg is too short, does not land between the bars.
Miami Dolphins — Houston Texans 30:15
The MVP discussions about Tua Tagovailoa are hot in the USA. The Dolphins quarterback leads his team to their fifth win in a row.
At halftime it’s 30-0! After that, Miami shifts down a gear. However, victory is no longer in jeopardy.
It’s amazing what Tua is taking — and putting up with this season! Unforgettable is the scene when he staggers across the pitch after a hit. This time a hard hit from Maliek Collins knocks him to the ground – his body flexing like it’s made of rubber. The fans in the stadium hold their breath! And how does the quarterback react? He gets up like nothing happened.
New York Jets — Chicago Bears 31:10
BILD NFL columnist Carsten Spengemann knew it before the game: “It’s good that Zach Wilson is out now.” And indeed! Without their crisis playmaker, the Jets suddenly trumped. Substitute Mike White prepared three touchdowns.
Head Coach Robert Saleh explains Wilson’s demotion like this: “It’s a day-to-day decision. He’s a young man, but he needs a reset. He’s doing a good job, but now he needs to sit back and focus again.”
Quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder injury) is totally missing from the Bears! Substitute Trevor Siemian cannot fill the gap. Skurill: Before the game, there are reports that Siemian was injured during the warm-up, so Nathan Peterman, playmaker number three, has to go. In the end, however, Siemian runs up.
Tennessee Titans — Cincinnati Bengals 16:20
The Titans wanted revenge for January’s playoff exit! But it doesn’t work! The Bengals get their third straight win without the injured Joe Mixon (five touchdowns left against the Panthers two weeks ago) and Ja’Marr Chase.
Excitement about the decisive Bengals touchdown: Tee Higgins pushes his guard away. But for the referees everything is clean.
Washington Commanders — Atlanta Falcons 19:13
Sixth Commanders win in the last seven games! Playmaker Taylor Heinicke served two touchdowns.
Which: Commanders running back Brian Robinson, who was shot during a robbery at the end of August, celebrates the victory with an XXL hat.
Carolina Panthers — Denver Broncos 23:10
Trouble in the Broncos — and it’s in the middle of the game! Fox US TV shows defenseman Mike Purcell marching towards the outside line, then suddenly changing direction — walking up to quarterback Russell Wilson and yelling violently at him! The playmaker looks puzzled and nods.
Recently there have been repeated reports that the Broncos players are not happy with Wilson. The quarterback has not yet been able to meet the high expectations placed on him.
Which: The quarterback rolls sideways into the end zone on Sam Darnold’s touchdown. Also rarely seen.
At 23:3 at the beginning of the fourth quarter, the Panthers victory was clear.
Arizona Cardinals — Los Angeles Chargers 24:25
Mega thriller 25 seconds before the end: The Chargers are 17:24 behind. Austin Ekeler scores the touchdown. 23:24! And now? The fans are demanding a two-point conversion! 15 seconds left to play. The Chargers risk it! bam! Justin Herbert fires the egg into Gerald Everett’s arms. 25:24! The decision!
Seattle Seahawks — Las Vegas Raiders 34:40
Wild point fireworks! The game goes back and forth. At 34:34 it goes into overtime! And for the second time in a row, the Raiders win in overtime! Josh Jacobs runs an 86-yard touchdown run into the end zone! German Jakob Johnson provides the necessary gap in the Seahawks defense.
Crazy scene at the beginning of the fourth quarter: Misunderstanding between Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith and Kenneth Walker III during a ball transfer. You take him, I have him for sure. Suddenly the egg is on the ground. Chandler Jones goes for it — the Raiders get the leather!
Kansas City Chiefs — Los Angeles Rams 26:10
AAAAAAA! Rams coach Sean McVay gets hit hard by a helmet on the outside line! Rookie Kenny Young overlooks the coach and catches him more than unhappily on the jaw and left side of his face while putting on his helmet. The coach stumbles, looks battered. An assistant coach comes to the rescue.
With a thick cheek he sees the next swatter for the Super Bowl champion! Already the eighth defeat for the defending champion. Surely hurts McVay more than the headshot…
