NFL: Tua Tagovailoa back on concussion protocol

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is back on concussion protocol, head coach Mike McDaniel confirmed Monday.

The news comes just 24 hours following Tagovailoa threw three interceptions once morest the Green Bay Packers in a 26-20 loss.

McDaniel explained that he wasn’t sure when the concussion would have been suffered, but that Tagovailoa had exhibited symptoms that sent him on protocol.

It’s the second time this season he’s been on protocol, following suffering a concussion in Week 4.

This season in 13 games, he has amassed 3,548 yards, he has thrown 25 touchdowns and has a completion rate of 64.8%.
