The fourth overall pick in the 2022 draft, Shane Wright, will have the opportunity to prove that he belongs in the National Hockey League (NHL).

Thus, the Washington State team rewards the young 20-year-old attacker. With the Coachella Valley Firebirds, the Kraken’s AHL affiliate, Wright has 11 points in the last 12 games for a total of 20 goals and 23 assists for 43 points in 56 games this season.

As a reminder, Wright played eight games in the NHL in 2022-2023. He was subsequently sent to the Ontario Junior League with the Windsor Spitfires.
