Speculation has been rife since the striker Timo Meier was left out of yesterday’s game between the San Jose Sharks and the Seattle Kraken. According to head coach David Quinn, the Swiss suffered an upper-body injury in Saturday’s game against the Sabres. Meier, however, was able to finish the game but felt pain the following day. He should be back with the Sharks for Thursday’s game against Nashville.
