NHL – Tyler Bertuzzi arrives in Boston, David Patrnak extends

The Boston Bruins have strengthened themselves further for the final game of the championship with the arrival of Tyler Bertuzzi. The former Detroit Red Wings was obtained in return for a 1st round pick in 2024 and a 4th round pick in 2025.

The 28-year-old Bertuzzi has been limited to 29 games due to broken hands and a back injury. He did, however, get 14 points this season.

On the sidelines of this announcement, the management of the Bruins indicated that they had granted an 8-year contract extension, for USD 90 million, to To David Pastr. The Czech already has 80 points in 60 games. Since his debut, he has appeared in 570 games for 282 goals.
