Model Alyssa Scott revealed via Instagram that she and Nick Cannon welcomed a daughter named Halo Marie Cannon on December 14.

The newborn’s arrival comes just over a year after the tragic loss of their five-month-old son Zen in December 2021. “Our lives have changed forever,” Alyssa wrote in the caption of the video. her pregnancy and the birth of her daughter.
“I am zen every time I breathe. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he’s watching us from up there, he’s showing me signs every day. I will keep this memory forever. I will remember the sound of Nick’s voice saying it’s a girl and his look expressing everything we went through. I will remember the sound of her first cry, her first breath, and the feel of her heart beating against mine. My sweet girl, I got my surprise!! We love you Halo Marie Cannon!” she added.
Alyssa Scott then shared a photo of the little one sleeping in a basket, with the caption “HI BABY!! 12/14/22” and heart emojis.
Newborn is 12e child of Nick Cannon and the fifth born this year. He is the father of twins Moroccan and Monroe (11) with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey; of Golden (5 years), Powerful Queen (2 years) and Rise (3 months), with Brittany Bell; twins Zion and Zillion (18 months) and Beautiful (1 month), with Abby De La Rosa. Nick Cannon also has a 6-month-old son, Legendary Love, with Bre Tiesi and a 3-month-old daughter, Onyx, with LaNisha Cole.
