Nicki Minaj has confirmed that she has given birth to a baby boy.
The star and husband Kenneth ‘Zoo’ Petty first became parents two weeks ago, and this week Nicki revealed their little one is a boy.
Posting an thanks to those who congratulated him after giving birth (Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and Winnie Harlow), the ‘Super Bass’ singer wrote: “Thanks to Queen B, Kim & Ye, Riccardo Tisci, Winnie, Karol & everyone who sent me their best wishes. It means so much to me. I’m so grateful and in love with my son. Madly in love. “
The rapper – who reportedly gave birth on September 30 – has not revealed any further details about her baby and her name has yet to be announced.
Nicki announced her pregnancy last July with a series of Instagram posts that showcased her full belly, simply captioning “#preggers”.
In addition, Cardi B recently praised the rapper.
In an interview with Apple Music, the star shared regarding the lack of female rappers when she was younger, “I have to keep replaying songs from the early 2000s. I have to keep playing them, replaying them, replaying them because that for a while there was no female rapper. And then there was a female rapper who dominated for a very long time. You know what I mean? And she did well. She carried on. to dominate. “
