Nile Rodgers is Apple Music’s newest Artist in Residence

Producer, songwriter and musician Nile Rodgers is the youngest Apple Music Resident Artist — a title formerly (and originally) held by DJ Khaled.

The collaboration aims to highlight the power of Spatial Audio for musicians and fans. For this, Rodgers will remaster his work in Dolby Atmosproviding an immersive listening experience.

In addition, Rodgers will host live sessions and educational events in New York, The Angels e London. These events will offer fans experiences and insights first-hand look at maximizing the potential of Spatial Audio.

Artist’s first event already have a date: will be next Monday (6/19), from 6 pm to 7 pm, at Apple Fifth Avenue (in New York). During the session, attendees will enjoy performances and discussions about the future of music with Spatial Audio.
