Nisreen published a picture of herself in which she appeared to have a larger buttocks than her previous looks, as many of her followers accused her of undergoing plastic surgery in order to inflate her buttocks to appear in this sexy shape.

Many of Nisreen’s followers expressed their strong dissatisfaction with her undergoing a buttocks enlargement surgery to highlight her femininity, stressing that she possesses natural ingredients that make her indispensable for such things.
One of her followers commented on the photo, saying: “Why are you doing this? Stay the way we loved you 5 years ago. You have changed a lot. We loved you while you were sane and aware. Do not follow fashion and imitate others and make your body like a Kardashian, which I find very disgusting.”
Another said: “A lot of fat is the mother of licorice. By God, you have disappointed me. Eat less.
