Mumbai: Bollywood art director Nitin Chandrakant Desai (57), who was found dead in his studio near Mumbai on Wednesday, had recorded 11 audio messages before his death, police said. The audio recorder has been sent for forensic examination.

Police said that Desai was mentioning the names of some people who were in trouble in the audio messages. Police have not yet released the names of the people. Meanwhile, the police indicated that the direction of the investigation may change following the results of the forensic examination. The body was found by the studio staff on Wednesday morning.
