‘No low-cut dresses allowed on Salman’s sets’; Actress Palak Tiwari says girls should be safe

Actress Palak Tiwari says women are not allowed to wear low-necked dresses on Salman Khan’s sets. Palak said that Salman’s instruction is that everyone should wear clean clothes and the actor is strict in that regard. Palak is playing the lead role in Salman’s new film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jani’. The actress said this while speaking in an interview that was part of the film. Palak Tiwari is the daughter of actress Shweta Tiwari.

Salman wants all girls to cover their bodies and be good girls. The actress said that he is an actor who believes in the traditions of India and that is because he has the idea that the girls on the set should be protected.

When I was getting ready to leave the house wearing a t-shirt and joggers for the set, my mother once asked me where I was going as I was well dressed. Then I said that is Salman sir’s rule on the sets. Mother said it was very good. Well, it’s up to them to decide what to wear. But he thinks the girls on his set should be protected. Especially when there are strange men on set, Palak added.

But there is an opinion against the actor on social media that interfering with women’s freedom of dress is not acceptable at all. Directed by Farhad Samji, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ will hit the theaters on April 21. Salman’s other film ‘Antheem; Palak has worked as an assistant director in the film ‘The Final Truth’.
