He has even lost his own bed and is staying at a friend’s house. Durai’s current condition was captured on video by his friend and shared on social media. Noticing this, Surya came to him with financial assistance.

Durai was the assistant of AM Ratnam, the owner of Sri Surya Movies, a huge banner in the early days of the film industry. Films like Ennamma Kann, Loot, Pitamakan, Gajendra and Naikkutty were made under his company.
Dure’s main health problem was a large leg wound that did not heal. Two lakh rupees were given for the treatment of Surya Durai.
