According to insiders, thanks to previous concessions, the EU will not impose any further conditions for the planned takeover of the video game provider Activision Blizzard by Microsoft. The demand for a forced sale of parts of the business is unlikely, several people familiar with the matter told Archyde.com. The offer of license agreements with rivals is sufficient for the competition authorities. The EU declined to comment on this.
