Now our sources would have us believe that Nokia Mobile is planning to launch many Nokia X and G series 5G smartphones in the second half of the year. Many of these smartphones can be powered by the Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G processor.
So, although we haven’t heard much about the naming of these X series smartphones, the display panel can have a refresh rate of 120Hz. Even the high end of these new series smartphones G can have a 120Hz display, our sources claim.
names like Nokia XR21, Nokia X21 and Nokia X11 is a strong possibility but not exactly set in stone. Current leaks on Nokia G11Plus also a hint at how Nokia Mobile is reinventing its smartphone naming system.

Coming Soon to Snapdragon 480 Plus 5G Processor, HMD Global has already hinted to be considered for its future smartphones in Qualcomm’s press release. Nokia Mobile has used the Snapdragon 480 5G processor beyond the saturation limit in its 2021 5G smartphones.
So, it is quite possible that HMD Global will release a whole new range of Snapdragon 480 Plus powered Nokia smartphones given its insistence on using its predecessor in many cases. But that may be disappointing for Nokia fans who expected a more powerful processor to power future Nokia smartphones. The attractive price may find many takers for these affordable 5G smartphones, however.
