Notice should be given before opening the shutters of Purappilli Bund

Paravur: Opening of the shutters of the Purappillikav bund without warning is causing loss of life and livelihood of fishermen. The Fishermen’s Union (CITU) Area Convention demanded that the authorities should take care to open the shutters of the bund following giving necessary notices in this regard.
