Hisham Selim’s roles varied, and in each of them he proved his great talent and ingenuity in embodying different characters and his ability to choose his roles in all stages of his life, he always sees him naturally real without being pretentious or manufactured, so he enters the heart and mind of the viewer easily.
His first movie appearance was in the movie “Empire of M” 1972, then he participated in the films “I Want a Solution” 1975, and “The Return of the Prodigal Son” 1976. Hisham studied at the Institute of Tourism and Hotels and graduated in 1981, then studied art at the Royal Academy in London through free studies. He also studied French.
His relationship with his wife lasted for more than 14 years, during which they gained mutual respect, which is the most important gain for any relationship between the two. He began working on television in the late eighties of the twentieth century and presented the series (The White Flag, Layali Al-Helmeya, Arabesque, Hoanem Garden City, Places in the Heart, Meet Ali air).

His last work was in the Ramadan drama season before the last, through his participation in the series “A Counterattack” by the star Ahmed Ezz.
