Novak continues in qualification at US Open – Misolic out

Dennis Novak has advanced to the third round of qualifying for the US Open of tennis pros.

The Lower Austrian won the second-round duel with the Czech Dalibor Svrcina 6:3, 6:4. Novak now has to survive one more lap to be able to start in the main competition.

Styrian Filip Misolic, on the other hand, failed due to Frenchman Corentin Moutet. The Kitzbühel finalist had to admit defeat once morest the number eleven of the qualification with 2:6,4:6. Sebastian Ofner was still in action in the race for the jump into the main competition.
