On this day, the park Frunze literally rang from the music and happy children’s laughter. Everyone hurried to the traditional “Family Parade” – a theatrical performance that brought together 15 participating families.
According to Olga Koshekbayeva, the initiator of the parade, the head of the club-amateur association “Academy of the Family”, the purpose of the event is to show families that are significant for the hero city: leading an active lifestyle, raising foster children, involved in sports and charity. The head of the city Andrey Kravchenko, congratulating the residents on the holiday, emphasized that a strong family is the basis for the well-being of a strong state.
“I thank the couples who, through decades, carry love and respect for each other, bring up their children in warmth, treat their grandchildren and great-grandchildren with trepidation,” Andrey Kravchenko noted.

– We have three children and three businesses, – said Daria Teltevskaya, – one of the enterprises is the Velik Den fashion house. Our designer clothes with an emphasis on folk motifs are already known far beyond the Krasnodar Territory. We try to keep up with everything and at the same time support our community “Academy of the Family,” shared Daria Teltevskaya.

“This is our first appearance on the stage in the four years of the parade’s existence, we used to be shy, but this year we took a chance,” Olga sincerely shares, who gathered like-minded people four years ago to organize this event in the city. The support of the city administration gave the parade a new impetus, and now it is already a traditional celebration of a citywide scale.
In Novorossiysk, all families are supported: large families, single-parent families, those with adopted and special children. And on this holiday, everyone felt their importance. Representatives of many public organizations came to support the parade, whose activities are related to the support of motherhood and childhood. At the end of the holiday, 15 families participating in the parade received valuable prizes.
