The YPF company increased the price of its fuels by an average of 3.8 percent, starting at 0 this Thursday, as reported through a company statement.

The person in charge of a YPF told Miter that the value of the Infinia went to 251.7 pesos, the super to 199.2 pesos and the diesel Infinia, 191.9 pesos.

“This adjustment helps to offset the variation in the official exchange rate, the higher logistics and operating costs, and the increase in biofuel prices,” said the oil company.

In this way, YPF joins the Shell company that ordered an increase in its products this morning.

Shell increased the value of its gasoline and diesel by 3.8% as of the first minute of today, in line with what was agreed with the Government, within the framework of the Fair Prices program for fuels that set ceilings for increases in the sector.

The program provided for a path of price increases of 4% for December, 4% for January, 4% for February and 3.8% for March.
