People interested in learning more regarding topics directly or indirectly related to mental health such as ADHD, anxiety, body image, online addiction and more have a new medium to turn to with the Nuance podcast which is particularly aimed at young adults.

Available at https://linktr.ee/baladonuance The Nuance Podcast aims to deconstruct myths, as well as provide practical advice and real-life stories to help listeners successfully navigate the complexity of coping challenges.

With a focus on mental health and well-being, Nuance provides a listening space where young adults can feel understood and inspired.

The instigators of the project Ariane Fiset, master’s student-researcher in education, and Marie-Pierre Fiset, doctoral student in educational psychology, invite the public to listen to nuanced conversations on diversity and inclusion take place. Episodes are available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
