Depending on how you top your pan pizza, it provides you with different nutrients and vitamins. Mushrooms are low in calories, high in vitamin D and some B vitamins. The peppers provide you with vitamin C and thus support your immune system.

preparation

Eggs, sour cream, flour, salt

Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.

Tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, corn, onion

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms and also cut into slices. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Drain the corn. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings.

Oil, Oregano, Cheese

Brush the pan with oil and pour the batter into the pan. Top with tomatoes, onions, corn, mushrooms and peppers and sprinkle with oregano and lots of cheese. Bake the pizza on a low heat for regarding 10 minutes. Then put a lid on the pan and wait for the cheese to melt.
