The rapid sales of special chips for artificial intelligence (AI) are once once more giving Nvidia a tailwind. However, disappointing statements regarding business in China overshadowed the jump in sales and profits of the world’s most valuable semiconductor company. The share fell by around one percent in following-hours US trading on Tuesday, but was still around 240 percent above the level at the turn of the year.
