Vienna – On June 20, Österreichische Beteiligungs AG (Öbag) will transfer dividends totaling 1.56 billion euros to the Ministry of Finance. The corresponding proposal of the board of directors was accepted at the general meeting of the state holding company. EUR 925 million comes from Öbag and EUR 638 million are distributions from the association. The total includes special dividends of 486 million euros.
